This customer was introduced by a peer in 2018 and has been working with us continuously for more than 5 years so far. When this company found us at that time, they only said one thing: "We only have one requirement, that the quality of the customized products should be good, and the price is not important."
The first order this customer placed with us was for 500 units. After we received the customer's demand, we immediately arranged for an experienced professional buyer to purchase raw materials for them. We then also arranged for two engineers to customize the software and UI of the product for this customer. We made the prototype, conducted four QC tests and one total QC on it, and took photos and videos for the customer. Later on, the customer asked us to load the product on the car and test it and take pictures and videos to send to them, and we responded to their demand quickly. After sending the prototype to Malaysia to confirm that it was OK, we started production. After the production, we tested it 6 times before we shipped it to the customer. We achieved a pass rate of 99.5% for this shipment.
At the same time, this order also helped the customer to achieve 150% profit.
Then, after a month, we received an order for 1000 units from the customer. However, this time the customer trusted us completely and said, "We will do the same process as last time for this order." This time the customer didn't need us to load the car for testing and take pictures to send to him.
Now, we complete three orders from this customer every two months, with about 10 million RMB in sales per year.
